New Business Developer (MSP - IT, Cloud, and IT Security Sales)

Position Overview:

As a Business Developer at Techtron, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and promoting our comprehensive suite of IT, cloud, and IT security solutions. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives and contribute to our continued success.

 

Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and industries.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.

- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client requirements.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently driving revenue growth.

- Represent Techtron at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and brand awareness.

- Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the IT, cloud, or IT security industry.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity concepts and technologies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach to sales.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
